How Signing In Works
Each CoFabri app has its own sign-in page, and every app uses the same email address to identify you. Depending on the app and how your account is set up, you can sign in with a passkey, a password, or a link we email you. Some accounts also ask for a second step, such as an email code or an authenticator app code.

Signing In

1. Open the Sign-In Page: Choose "Sign In" in the app you want to use.
2. Enter Your Email: Type the email address on your account.
3. Choose How to Sign In: Use whichever option the page shows you.
   • Sign in with a passkey: Use your fingerprint, face, device PIN, or security key. This is the fastest option once you have set one up.
   • Password: Enter your password and choose "Sign in".
   • Email me a sign-in link: We email you a link. Open it and you are signed in. The link works once and expires in 60 minutes.
4. Finish Any Extra Step: If asked, enter the code we email you or the code from your authenticator app. If you lost your authenticator app, you can use a backup code instead.

If You Forgot Your Password
Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and follow the steps in the email we send. You can also skip the password and use a passkey or an emailed sign-in link if the app offers them.

If You Did Not Get the Email

• Check Your Spam Folder: Our emails sometimes land there.
• Check the Address: Make sure you typed your email correctly.
• Wait a Few Minutes: Emails can take a moment to arrive.
• Ask for Another One: Choose "Resend the link" or "Resend code". Only the newest link or code works.
• Try a Different Email: Choose "Use a different email" if you may have signed up with another address.

Signing In on a New Device
For your security, we may ask you to approve a device the first time you sign in on it. We email you a confirmation link. Open it on a device you trust, approve the new device, and then continue signing in.

Setting Up a Passkey or Authenticator App
After you sign in, an app may offer to set up a passkey or an authenticator app. You can choose "Not now" and set it up later when the app offers it again, unless your organization requires it.
