  1. Sign in through Gathr's secure sign-in.
  2. Complete the short setup wizard — your group's calendar feed, WhatsApp link, and a few personal details.
  3. Add your roster and schedule your first session.
  4. Mark attendance during or after each session — Gathr tracks who's at risk of falling off and handles follow-up.
