Managing Your Profile

How to Access Your Profile

  1. From your app: Look for a "Profile" or "Account Settings" link in your app's menu
  2. Direct access: Your app will redirect you to a secure profile page with your authentication
  3. URL format: The profile page will look like: https://api.cofabri.com/web/profile/

How to Update Your Information

Step 1: Open Your Profile

  • Click on your profile or account settings in your app
  • You'll be taken to a secure profile page
    Step 2: Review Your Current Information
  • Your current details will be displayed in the form
  • You'll see fields for: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Country, Language, and Timezone
    Step 3: Make Your Changes
  • Basic Info: Update your name, email, or phone number
  • Location: Select your country from the dropdown menu
  • Language: Choose your preferred language
  • Timezone: Pick your local timezone
  • Marketing: Check/uncheck the box for marketing communications
    Step 4: Save Your Changes
  • The "Update Profile" button will only be active when you've made changes
  • Click "Update Profile" to save
  • You'll see a success message when your changes are saved

How to Change Your Email Address

Step 1: Request the Change

  • In your profile, enter your new email address
  • Click "Update Profile"
    Step 2: Check Your New Email
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your new address
  • Check your inbox (and spam folder)
    Step 3: Confirm the Change
  • Click the confirmation link in the email
  • Your email will be updated across all systems
    Important: Your old email stays active until you confirm the new one.

Billing and Payment Management

How to Access Your Billing Portal

Step 1: Go to Your Profile

  • Open your profile page as described above
    Step 2: Find the Billing Button
  • Look for an "Open Billing Portal" button
  • This button will only appear if you have billing information
    Step 3: Access the Portal
  • Click the button to open Stripe's secure billing portal
  • You'll be redirected to a new page

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

View Your Subscription

  • See your current plan and features
  • Check your next billing date and amount
  • View your usage information

Manage Payment Methods

  • Add a new card: Click "Add payment method"
  • Update existing cards: Click on your current card to edit
  • Remove cards: Click the remove option for unused cards
  • Set default: Choose which card to use first

View Purchase History

  • Invoices: See all your past invoices with details
  • Payment status: Check if payments were successful
  • Subscription changes: View when you upgraded/downgraded
  • Refunds: See any refunds you've received

Change Your Plan

  • Upgrade: Move to a higher plan with more features
  • Downgrade: Switch to a lower plan to save money
  • Cancel: Cancel your subscription (continues until billing period ends)
